Aaron Berger, SVP, Evidence Development Solutions at UBC, talks with Clinical Leader expert contributor Penelope Przekop at the 2023 CRO Leadership Awards celebration in Boston this summer. Earning an award for Reliability, UBC was one of 21 CROs that were recognized this year for their performance through experiential feedback from actual clients. Berger discusses how reliability recognition is earned through UBC's use of a “thought partnership” strategy and connecting their work with purpose, ultimately translating into better outcomes for patients.
